By accessing or using the Broadchat platform ("Service"), operated by Broadchat ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Broadchat is a SaaS platform that provides WhatsApp Business API integration, broadcasting, chatbot automation, CRM, and AI-powered communication tools. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as per the selected plan. Wallet credits are non-refundable once used. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process data only as necessary to provide the Service.
Use of WhatsApp Business API features is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your messages comply with all applicable policies, including opt-in requirements and content restrictions.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Broadchat and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
